This is a picture frame I made to participate in an altered picture frame swap on Scraps of Color. This was my first time making an altered picture frame and I think it turned out pretty good. I had fun creating it and look forward to sharing more altered picture frames. The recipient's favorite colors were blue and white so I chose this color scheme with a little bling! :)
